One TV is an LG and the other is a Toshiba Fire TV and they both stopped working simultaneously so I don't think it's a TV problem. I could connect to the router, connect to the internet via ethernet cable and other devices could connect to the internet. After doing various troubleshooting and potential fixes I stumbled across this and tried it on my laptop and it works fine now- thanks so much! FiOS installed on Friday - works great on both of our desktops( connected to router via Ethernet), but not on our laptop. The laptop connects to the router (via either Ethernet or wireless) but will not connect to the internet. Any suggestions?
Right Click Start Button - Device Manager - Network - write down make and model of Wifi - double click on it - driver's tab - write down version - click Update Driver (may not do anything as MS is far behind certifying drivers). Then Right Click on Wifi Device and UNINSTALL - Reboot - this will refresh the driver stack.

I now have the potential of Internet that's 70X faster than what I had if I can only get it to work.
